P3 2011 is presenting "Culture" as the main theme of the event, inspired by the necessity to strengthen the cultural roots in the communities. "Culture in Sustainable Tourism" explores opportunities to reflect on literature and the arts, along with the benefits of traditional agriculture practices, the responsible use of water, and the creative and visionary ways to successfully use local resources to promote the quality of life.
